1/2 kg of giant greek beans
2 big tomatoes
2 big carrots
6 spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
a small quantity of thyme
2 small pieces of the white feta cheece as appetizer (it is ideal)
The appropriate preparation always is cleanliness. We wash the tomatoes, the onion, the parsley and the carrots. At first, we slice up the carrots in small pieces and the onion too. Then we cut the tomatoes in really small pieces. We slice up the parsley. We wash and rinse the giant beans. We now use a deep pan.
We place all of the above ingredients except for the feta cheese. It is a really colorful result. Be careful at this point: we pour some water (approximately 10 spoons ) in order to avoid burning the food. We place it in the oven for almost an hour. We may need to check it after 30 minutes in case it needs extra water.
After an hour we get this beautiful steamy result:
